Nearest Railway Station: A train stop closest to Barshaini is Joginder Nagar, approximately 150 km apart from the place by rail. The former you can also target Chandigarh Railway Station or Pathankot Railway Station both of which are well-connected to capital cities of India. Hence the best connection option will be the airport.
From Railway Station to Barshaini: From Joginder Nagar railway station you can catch a bus or taxi to reach Barshaini. This trip will cost you around 5-6 hours. From Chandigarh Railway Station or Pathankot Railway Station travel using bus or taxi to Barshaini. This journey can take about 8-10 hours.
By Road:
From Delhi: Delhi residents have two options to get to Barshaini - they can either head to the Barshaini on the small highway or they can take the bus. The distance between Delhi and Barshaini is about 500 kilometers and the trip takes almost 12-14 hours by bus exhausting the road and coping with the traffic. This time depends on these factors.
From Manali: If you come from Manali, either a public or private transport is available which might be buses or taxis to take you to Barshaini. The journey from Manali to Barshaini, which is about 90km away, can eat up at least 3-4 hours via road transport.
