How To Plan Your Trek & Reach Kasol
If you’re planning a trip to Kasol in Himachal Pradesh, India, there are several options available for you to get there. Let's explore each of these options in more details :
By Road: One of the most common ways to reach Kasol is by taking an overnight bus journey from Delhi or Chandigarh. There are two choices available. Getting to Chandigarh first and then taking a bus to Kasol is the first option. The trip typically lasts about ten hours. The second choice is to first get to Kullu and then take a taxi or shuttle bus to Kasol. You can catch an overnight bus to Kullu and then take a taxi or shuttle bus to Kasol following this route. When departing from the bus station, it is recommended that you take government-run buses rather than private buses because private buses are more likely to experience delays. The dependability of government buses is a well-known quality. Regardless of your decision, you should arrive in Kasol no later than 9 a.m.
By Air: Although flying to Bhuntar Airport is an option, we recommend against it due to the high cost of the ticket and the frequent cancellations of flights. On the other hand, if you decide to fly to Bhuntar, Kasol is only a short distance away, and you can easily get there by bus or private taxi. If you opt for this route, it’s recommended that you arrive at least a day before the trek’s starting date. The best option is to fly to Chandigarh Airport and then take a bus to Kasol.
By Train: You can also take the train to Pathankot, which is about 300 kilometers from Kasol. From there, you can catch direct buses to Kullu/Kasol. Typically, the journey lasts overnight. Reaching Kasol at least a day before your trip is recommended.
In conclusion, if you’re planning a trip to Kasol, you have several options to choose from, each with its own benefits. It doesn't matter which way you take; the most important thing is to prepare in advance and arrive in Kasol in plenty of time to enjoy yourself.

Namisha Jain –
This, in my opinion, is the best trek in India.
Excellent route with a variety of landscapes. Hail Strom, Graden, Hill, Mountain, River, Rain, and Jungle, etc.
Sometimes nature is too difficult and frightening, but that’s what we want to experience.
